RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — If you need housing repair or improvements and meet certain eligibility requirements, you can get help from Richland County to make those upgrades.
Low- to moderate-income households in Richland County can now get help with critical housing upgrades through Operation One Touch.
Repair services include:
- Electrical
- Roofing
- Floors
- Accessibility needs (ADA ramps, handrails, etc.)
- And more
Operation One Touch provides up to $23,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds per eligible home.
Homes must be located in unincorporated Richland County and be y our primary residence.
Money will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, with all required documents submitted before applications are accepted.
