Pa. No. 3 state with most ATV accidents [Video]

ATVs and other off-road vehicles have long been a topic of conversation for Pennsylvanians, with reckless drivers and rowdy gatherings causing safety concerns statewide.

Now a new report has furthered this concern, as it has been revealed that the Keystone State is one of the top for ATV and utility terrain vehicle (UTV) accidents.

Nationwide — the well-known “on your side” insurance which “offers a full range of insurance and financial services across the country” — sent out a press release regarding a March study which covered the rising prevalence and popularity of ATVs and UTVs in the United States.

“According to the Consumer Federation of America, Pennsylvania ranks third in the U.S. for ATV and UTV accidents since the pandemic began,” reads the release. “As the sales and popularity of these vehicles have skyrocketed, so have the risks of serious injury or worse with more than 700 deaths and 100,000 injuries occurring each year with ATVs and …
