A pedestrian has died after stepping into the roadway and being hit by a vehicle in Greenville County, South Carolina. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office said the victim, who has not been identified, was in the median where Interstate 385 and East North Street meet.Officials said the victim stepped onto the road and was hit by a vehicle.
