Phoenix diner selling pies in hopes of reopening [Video]

The owners of Macalpine’s say they were forced to close in 2020 because of the pandemic. Now, they’re hoping to sell some desserts in hopes of raising enough money to get back on their feet.

The stabbing happened near 13th Avenue and Indian School Road. The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety confirms the multi-vehicle crash involved motorcyclists, and at least one person is dead.

The suspect involved in the hit-and-run, 27-year-old Joshua Holbert, turned himself in to police on Saturday.

According to authorities, the crash happened on westbound I-10 near 75th Avenue just after 7 a.m. near Tolleson.

A paramotor is a type of ultralight aircraft where the pilot uses a harness and powered paraglider, and no wings are attached. The crash is under investigation.
