Martorell Law continues its pursuit of Post Malone and his ex-girlfriend, Ashlen Diaz, over an unsettled palimony agreement. Post Malone is set to return to court on August 1st to address a physical abuse lawsuit filed by Diaz. Adding to his legal troubles, Malone is also entangled with Martorell Law, the firm Diaz hired. According to reports from AllHipHop, while the award-winning singer attempted to resolve their relationship issues, it was not done effectively.

Martorell Law claims that Post Malone persuaded Diaz to drop the firm, paid her $350,000, and that she failed to give them their promised share of that amount. This sum originates from the palimony agreement established between Malone and Diaz. Although they were never married, Diaz sought compensation following their split in 2018. Consequently, Malone is primarily dealing with the lawsuit from Martorell Law now.
