THE brother of a murdered Maryland mom has delivered a heartbreaking speech about his sister’s death at the Republican National Convention.

Michael Morin, who spoke on day two of the RNC on Tuesday, thanked former President Trump for supporting his family after his sister Rachel’s 2023 death.
