Residents return to homes, Grove Road Fire evacuations downgraded | News [Video]

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Residents near the Grove Road Fire were advised they could return to their homes as the evacuation order was downgraded on Tuesday night. 

Around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, all Level 3 evacuations were downgraded to Level 2, meaning residents could return home, but must be ready at a moment’s notice, according to Spokane Regional Emergency Communications.
