SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – Dozens of Sioux City residents are searching for answers after floodwaters barreled over the city’s defenses, with money for recovery efforts difficult to come by.
Mayor Bob Scott thought the city underestimated the floodwaters, even if there was little city employees could ultimately do. A heartbreaking scene as resident after resident confronted the city council.
