On Wednesday at 6:19 p.m. a severe thunderstorm watch was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Thursday at midnight for Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton and Philadelphia counties.
