SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in southeast Sioux Falls on Wednesday night.
The incident happened at 6:20 p.m. at 41st Street and Veterans Parkway.
A RAM truck was driving north, and a Ford Edge was driving south and attempted to make a left turn.
The two vehicles collided.
The driver’s side of the Ford Edge struck the passenger side of the truck.
The truck spun around and went over a sidewalk, hitting a couple poles and a traffic control box.
The car driver had no injuries. The driver was given a citation for a red light violation.
The driver of the truck went to the hospital.
