Southeast Alabama under a heat advisory Sunday [Video]

A heat advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 1:04 p.m. valid for Sunday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. for Coffee, Dale, Henry, Geneva and Houston counties.

The weather service describes, “Heat index values up to 112 degrees expected.”

“Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses,” comments the weather service.
