STANTON COUNTY, Neb. (KTIV) – The Stanton County Emergency Management Agency has launched a uniquely funded website.

Stanton County EMA launched its website on Friday, May 31. The organization says this new website is the first website in the United States that FEMA has approved the use of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Fund to develop.

Stanton County EMA is an organization that is committed to public safety in the Stanton County area. The organization says that even though they are now launching the website, work still needs to be done.

The team says they are waiting on approval to change the domain name to a .gov domain. With this new website, Stanton County residents can find road closures, construction and severe weather information.

You can check out the new website here.
