Ted Drewes to celebrate 95th anniversary with deals, donations [Video]

ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis institution is celebrating its 95th anniversary, and they want you to join them to support some good causes.

Ted Drewes is hosting a 95th-anniversary event to benefit Stray Rescue of St. Louis, SSM Health Cardinals Glennon and St. Louis Area Foodbank. From 3-7 p.m. Thursday, a portion of custard sales will go to the three charities.

In addition to the donations, Ted Drewes will offer 95-cent cones, family activities, a visit from Fredbird and more. 

In a Facebook post, Ted Drewes said other St. Louis staples will join the fun. The post said Donut Drive-In, Steve’s Hot Dogs, Gus’ Pretzels and Old Vienna will be there for the party.
