Milwaukee police arrested a 16-year-old boy following a three-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon involving a Milwaukee County Transit System bus.Around 2:15 p.m., police said the teen was speeding in a stolen car at 27th Street and Clybourn Street, colliding with one car before smashing into the MCTS bus.
