Three hurt in motorcycle vs car crash in Lincoln County [Video]

MERRILL, Wis. (WSAW) – Three people are hurt after a van vs. motorcycle crash at the intersection of CTH K and CTH Q in the Town of Scott just south of Merrill.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash at 12:12 p.m. on Tuesday. Deputies found an orange Harley Davidson motorcycle lying on its side in the middle of the intersection and a tan Dodge Caravan off on the west side of the road, south of the intersection.

The 88-year-old woman driving the van was driving west on CTH Q as the 55-year-old motorcycle rider and his 47-year-old passenger were riding north on CTH K. The van turned south onto CTH K as the motorcycle approached. The rider did not have enough time to react to the van and t-boned the van on the driver’s side.
