Today is the last day to file a claim for Verizons massive legal settlement [Video]

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Monday is the last day that eligible Verizon customers can file a claim as part of a $100 million legal settlement.

The settled class-action lawsuit alleges Verizon deceptively charged fees, which the company denies.

The settlement is for customers who used Verizon services between January 2016 and November of last year.

Customers can get up to $100. Those who accept the payouts lose any rights to sue Verizon over the issues in the future.

Eligible customers should have received a notice of the legal settlement by mail or email, according to Verizon’s claims website.

You can file a claim online here until midnight Monday, April 15. You can also file a claim by mail by the end of the day using this form, according to Verizon.
