Tornado in Holdenville kills 2, injures 4 | News [Video]

HOLDENVILLE, Okla. — Hughes County Emergency Medical Services said two people have died, and four were injured by the tornado that hit Holdenville Saturday night.

Emergency medical said one of the deaths was an infant.

Emergency medical says a tornado moved through western Hughes County near the Holdenville and Spaulding area to the northeast of the Hughes and Okfuskee County line.

Emergency medical said 14 homes and several other structures are damaged or destroyed.

Gov. Kevin Stitt issued a state of emergency for Hughes County which will last for 30 days.
