The helmets were distributed to the officials by the department of Vadodara Traffic Police. Visuals of the police officials wearing the AC helmets and standing at the traffic points surfaced online. Speaking on the facility, DCP Traffic Jyoti Patel said that the AC helmet was initially experimented on around 100 traffic police.
