Washington County car enthusiasts help with disaster relief in wake of Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse [Video]

ROHERSVILLE, Md. (DC News Now) — A car club in western Maryland partnered with the Community Foundation of Washington County to help raise money for the families impacted by the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in Baltimore.

The group has fundraisers scheduled for Aug. 11 and Oct. 23.

Keith Morris was the vice president and general manager of Big Cork Vineyards, which hosted a gathering of contributors to the non-profit.

“Through the Washington County Community Foundation we created a charitable arm, something that will benefit the families that are impacted at the port, the construction workers, everybody that’s being impacted by the loss at the Key Bridge,” Morris said.
