Emotions ran high on Saturday as friends, supporters and family members Kristopher Handy gathered at Delaney Park Strip for the “Justice For Kris Handy’’ rally. The large crowd marched through the streets of downtown Anchorage with signs in hands and chants at heart, ending at the APD’s headquarters to demand the release of body camera footage from earlier this month when officers shot and killed 34-year-old Handy outside of his apartment.
