Wisconsin DNR issues warning for ‘harvesting’ cicadas [Video]

An unusual warning was issued Sunday from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. It made it clear that poaching or harvesting cicadas from state lands is illegal. The warning came after a Tennessee woman visiting Big Foot Beach State Park near Lake Geneva found the insects were being collected en masse.
