SANDUSKY, Ohio — A year ago at Midwest Live, Quinn Woidke started to pick up steam as a basketball prospect.

He missed most of his sophomore year at St. Ignatius after suffering a shoulder injury during the football season. It kept him out until the boys basketball postseason, which led to an eventful spring on the AAU circuit and his emergence as a Division I college prospect.
