A DRUNK driver killed a 13-year-old boy – then tried to stop medics from saving his life.

Shocking footage shows cocaine-fuelled Harley Whiteman, 19, speeding before the fatal crash in Hirwuan, south Wales.

He swerved his car and mounted the kerb at high speed before striking schoolboy Kaylan Hippsley.

The thug then drove off, only returning to the scene after dropping off two passengers.

Shameless Whiteman pretended to be an onlooker – telling a student nurse performing CPR on Kaylan to “just leave him”.

He said: “Do you think I give a f*** about this kid on the floor? Why the f*** don’t you all just leave him and stop doing that?”
