Chaos on a Milwaukee freeway was captured on state transportation video Thursday afternoon. It shows portions of a police chase through a construction zone on Interstate 43. The chase came to an end in police gunfire. Watch what Wisconsin DOT cameras captured in the video above. Police said a 17-year-old boy and his 18-year-old pregnant girlfriend were seriously injured in Thursday’s shooting. Their unborn baby died. “I know he received three bullet wounds. His wrist, his hand and one across the lip and one across the lip and through the jaw,” Calvin Jans, the driver’s father, told 12 News Friday. Jans said his son was driving the fleeing white SUV.
