Baker (wrist) won’t participate in OTAs this week, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Baker injured his right wrist in the Dolphins’ Week 18 regular-season finale against the Bills and is still recovering after undergoing surgery. The 27-year-old linebacker inked a one-year deal with Seattle earlier in the offseason and will help replace the losses of Jordyn Brooks and Bobby Wagner in the middle of the defense.
