CHARLES Barkley left his Inside the NBA costars in fits of laughter after giving them a strange basketball lesson.
Inside the NBA was discussing an injury that Zion Williamson sustained, which Barkley felt was avoidable, and he shared how to not get hurt.
Williamson fell after trying to make a basket, but braced himself with his arms while going down.
After he hit the ground, the Pelicans star was forced to leave the game with an apparent wrist injury.
Barkley instantly chimed in, giving advice to viewers not to fall in the way that Williamson did.
“Do not catch yourself man,” Barkley said.
“I hate when players do that. Fall on your ass or something.”
