‘She was an angel’: Family of 4-year-old killed in hit-and-run heartbroken [Video]

A hit-and-run crash near Teutonia Avenue and Green Tree Road in Milwaukee seriously injured a 27-year-old mother and killed her 4-year-old daughter. Family members identified the victims to WISN 12 News as Gloria Hymes and Zekani Hymes-Wilson. “She was an angel. She was adorable, sweet, loved to play with the kids. When she see me or her granny, anybody in the family, she just ran to them. We will definitely miss her,” said Kendell Hymes.Hymes is Gloria’s uncle and Zekani’s great-uncle. He said the two lived just across the street from where the crash happened. He said they would cross the street almost every day to go to the store or McDonald’s.
