Troopers: Motorcyclist dies in Orangeburg Co. crash [Video]

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle.

Troopers say the crash happened around 1:40 p.m. Tuesday on Interstate 95 near mile marker 86.

A 2023 Harley-Davison motorcycle was traveling north on I-95 when it took the exit ramp to get onto Interstate 26 westbound, Lance Corporal Brittany Glover said.

The driver of the motorcycle went off the roadway to the left and crashed.

The Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office has not yet identified the motorcyclist.
